Javier is CFO of VC backed Mavenoid, a leading-edge Swedish company that provides AI-enabled customer support specifically designed for products and devices. Mavenoid’s purpose-built technology delivers best-in-class customer support with intelligent troubleshooting and personalised remote support. Mavenoid's customers include leading brands like Husqvarna, Stanley Black & Decker, and Jabra. The company has raised US $30m at series B.
Javier has been CFO in a number of previous successful exits with a speciality in selling VC backed earlier stage businesses to larger corporates (Improveline to Homeserve; Maxymiser to Oracle) and he will be reflecting on his learnings from his current and previous growth and exit journeys.
Javier has not always been in such entrepreneurial environments, starting his career at John Lewis and he also expounds the value of what he learnt from that setting, in particular, around motivating and developing finance teams and what drove him on to more entrepreneurial opportunities.
Javier has a deep experience in systems rollout, central to successful and valuable scaling and has also been Chair of a business through exit, an investor and has even set up a Triathlon holidays business- so this session will fly by!
We will also be joined by an Evelyn Partners representative who will be sharing some up to date insight from their dynamic client base.
