Cindy Casciani has experience dating back to 2000 of managing and building real networks of Chairmen and Non Executive Directors to work within lower, lower-mid and mid market private equity transactions; and Sarah Hunt started her recruitment career in the mid 1990s, focusing since 2000 on private equity/privately owned businesses whilst also running her own growing SME. Sarah has that unique balance of understanding the client base from a recruitment perspective but she is also able to understand the issues facing growing businesses having faced some of them herself.

We run this business ourselves, we are not part of a large corporate which means we can identify with the issues of owner-managed businesses as well as being fleet of foot and flexible on fee structures.
