Paul Lawes, Group CFO at Salutem Care and Education, a leading provider of complex care and education for adults and children in England and Wales. The business is a blend of Ambito Care, Pathways Care, Modus Care and Clearwater Care and is Private Equity backed;
Kevin Budge, Group CFO at a number of Private Equity backed, Buy and Builds, including Financial Options, Avelo, Optionis and most recently Nasstar Group, one of the largest providers of managed services in the UK which itself has been formed from over 20 acquisitions.
Whilst Paul and Kevin come from very different sectors, their practical insights and experiences share much in common.
